Great place! Would give it 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend going here.

Had been going here for a while, such a nice quiet quaint place. In for a coffee and a bagel 630am in the morning almost everyday. I wish I lived closer now, the prices are really good and the food is phenomenal.

Great food, wonderful wait staff and the line chef was the best! Sit at the counter and talk to the chef, while he works. He was 'Speedy Gonzales', had some great moves and was extremely personable... 5 Star experience!

This place is amazing! Parking is rough, so I thought we wouldn't be able to get a seat. But there were plenty of open tables. Service was excellent and I couldn't believe how quickly the delicious food came out. Will absolutely be going back!

The home fries are usually excellent, crispy & well seasoned. Coffee is decent too, which I appreciate as I drink it black. Beaver & pals like the pancakes & chocolate milk. I actually got in here for lunch this week, first time ever. The corn chowder was GREAT! The tuna sandwich was good,on thick cut bread,

Owl has the best in Lowell for years! Great food, service, ownership and atmosphere! If there's a line, it moves fast and worth the wait! Enjoy!

Seat yourself. Have a (great) cup of coffee. Order the Irish Bennie and enjoy! Tip in cash only but you can now pay by credit card. This place is amazing! Absolutely delicious food, great staff, wide menu. Enjoy!

Food was good. Corned beef hash was fine. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Baked beans were a little under seasoned. Home fries were very good.

This is a very old & dingy diner. The booth we were seated at was incredibly small for 4 people. One of our dishes did not come out as asked but it was corrected. I had a sausage & cheese omelet which was delicious. The prices are average.
